About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Program Manager for a 12-month contract opportunity with a Global Financial Institution. This role supports senior leaders by applying analytical, business management, and organizational skills to improve performance efficiency, drive timely decisions on complex issues, and develop executive-level communications. The position requires strong proficiency with MS Office, Agile tools like Jira, and financial management.

Requirements

  • Proven analytical, business management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive business information.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills and executive presence.
  • Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Extremely organized/excellent time management skills with ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of financial tools (e.g., TPAS, PMMT, e-ledger).
  • Knowledge of Jira costing and strong proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Knowledge of headcount & reporting tools (e.g., Workday, HRIS, MicroStrategy).
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 or more years of experience in business operations and management in a complex organization supporting senior leaders.
  • Prior experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business: financial management, project management, governance, operations and technology management, and executive routine coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an investigative mindset and ability to use data to enhance efficiency and develop reporting to drive business insights.
  • Strong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work and effectively communicate across functions and organizational lines/levels.
  • Prior experience managing multiple projects and adjusting to changing deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to present key messages, effective recommendations, and information in a clear, concise, insightful, and influential way.

Responsibilities

  • Think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency.
  • Decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently.
  • Develop executive-ready communications and presentations that synthesize data and tell the story.
  • Develop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensure all accountable parties understand respective roles/responsibilities and are held accountable.
