About The Position

KēSTA I.T. is actively seeking a Sr. IT Product Owner for an immediate full-time opportunity with our industry leading client. A Senior Product Owner is responsible for owning the product roadmap and delivery for one or more product lines, serving as a key partner between business stakeholders and technology teams. It requires strong collaboration across the organization, cross-functional leadership, and a commitment to agile practices and continuous improvement. Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver product outcomes
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning
Experience with product management and iterative delivery practices

Responsibilities

Execute and manage the product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business and technology objectives while identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define problems, and shape product enhancements that support organizational goals
Own end-to-end delivery of product lines, including planning, launch, evaluation, and iteration to maximize business impact and user satisfaction
Lead product initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones
Apply agile methodologies, manage the product backlog, and facilitate sprint planning and agile ceremonies to drive team performance and continuous improvement
Drive product enhancements and launches by leveraging emerging technologies and market insights
Foster collaboration across teams, resolve blockers, and ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes
Maintain and update product documentation to support user adoption and internal enablement
Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as backlog health, sprint readiness, velocity, work in progress (WIP), sprint goal success rate, defect density, business value delivery, user adoption, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery
