About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join the CCO Product Strategy team, a fast-growing group within the Chief Customer Officer organization, sitting within the Office of the CEO. This team operates at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, pricing and packaging, field readiness, executive narrative, and go-to-market execution. They collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Field, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to address key strategic questions and drive decisions. The role focuses on 'Feedback Loops,' an internal product that connects customer feedback across Salesforce clouds to ensure it demonstrably closes the loop with field teams and customers. The Product Owner will synthesize feedback using agentic tools, translate it into clear input for product teams, and influence prioritization. This is a technical product ownership role with some hands-on coding, not primarily a software engineering position, with an expected time split of approximately 75% reading and analyzing code and engaging with product managers, and 25% hands-on coding, primarily in Python and SQL.

  • Python and SQL fluency
  • Ability to split time between technical analysis and engagement with product managers and leaders, roughly 75/25

  • Clear written and verbal communication for translating technical detail into product decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with agentic coding tools or AI-assisted development
  • Background in customer feedback, voice of customer or similar programs
  • Experience working across a cross-cloud or multi-product environment
