About The Position

The IT Product Analyst II is a seasoned product professional responsible for configuring, building, testing, deploying, and supporting application platforms throughout their lifecycle, with a strong focus on daily data file validation, reconciliation, and operational accuracy. This role partners closely with product management, development, and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and supportable product capabilities. The IT Product Analyst II applies strong configuration practices, contributes to solution design decisions, and ensures product implementations meet functional, operational, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Skilled in using excel for data validation, correction, and audits.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess systems end-to-end
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Working knowledge of file import and export processes and query systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills goals with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience supporting client implementations or multi-tenant product environments
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years of experience in application configuration or a related IT role

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with product metrics, KPIs, and value measurement

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review daily files received and sent via secure file transfer (SFTP) and alternatives
  • Validate file completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Reconcile file data against source systems and control reports
  • Investigate, document, and resolve complex data discrepancies that impact downstream systems
  • Maintain audit trails and reconciliation documentation
  • Perform root-cause analysis and issue resolution
  • Provide production support and incident response for business-critical application workflows
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve defects
  • Use PL/SQL queries to create reports and validate data sets
  • Identify project populations and investigate workflow issues
  • Analyze system outputs to identify trends or anomalies
  • Support operational and analytical reporting needs
  • Design, create, maintain, and support ETL jobs that enable time-sensitive, high-volume, data processing
  • Monitor data processing jobs and troubleshoot failures
  • Validate inputs and outputs of automated data processes
  • Coordinate fixes or enhancements with technical teams
  • Document processes, procedures, and reconciliation steps
  • Participate in functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Support system enhancements and configuration changes
  • Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and controls
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
