About The Position

Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking an IT Portfolio and Project Management Co Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration. The Co-Op opportunity at Entegris within the Portfolio & Project Management team is unique and exciting for anyone wishing to become a skilled project manager. The Portfolio and Project Management intern will focus on supporting key areas within our Portfolio and Project Management Office (PMO).

Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office tools and PowerBI
Proficiency in MS Applications
Proficiency in Smartsheet, Confluence
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced team
Ability and willingness to learn new skills and bring new ideas to the table
Currently pursuing a degree in Business information systems (IS), computer science. project management or related field, graduating in Spring 2027 or later.
Must be a currently enrolled student
Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program

Responsibilities

Create, review and refine existing PMO processes and documentation to be used in training and project methodology execution
Enhance our current PPM tools by partnering with PMO staff to assist in requirement documentation and project execution
Test and implement changes within our core PPM tools
Aid in the identification of key gaps and pain points in the existing PPM toolkit, in partnership with PMO staff
Support PPM Projects and initiatives
Assist Project Managers in resource planning by using the Resource Capacity Planning tools built on the Power Platform, PowerBI and Smartsheet
