About The Position

The Arrowstreet Co-op Program provides an exciting opportunity to learn about the institutional asset management industry and Arrowstreet as a company while gaining deep experience within a specific function. The IT Project Management Co-Op provides operational and administrative support to the IT Project Management Office (PMO) within a fast-paced asset management environment. This role is responsible for coordinating project governance activities, maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication among project teams, and supporting reporting processes to ensure projects are executed efficiently and consistently. In addition to project coordination responsibilities, the role manages the day-to-day administration of firm-wide learning platform licenses, ensuring timely provisioning, revocation, and tracking of user access.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Slack.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-past environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong follow-up and accountability.

  • Experience using Jira and Confluence preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
  • Develop meeting agendas in partnership with project managers and key stakeholders.
  • Attend project meetings, document detailed meeting minutes, and distribute action items in a timely manner.
  • Track action items, decisions, risks, and dependencies, following up with project team members to ensure timely completion.
  • Collect project status updates from project managers and team members for weekly and monthly status reporting.
  • Assist is preparing project dashboards, executive reports, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain project documentation and artifacts in Confluence.
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and communications.
  • Ensure project documentation is current, organized, and complies with PMO standards.
  • Assist with additional project coordination and administrative activities as assigned.
  • Administer IT learning platform user licenses and access.
  • Monitor and manage incoming requests for new licenses, license changes, and license revocations.
  • Coordinate with managers and vendors to provision or remove user access in accordance with established processes.
  • Maintain accurate license inventory and utilization reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for routine learning platform access questions.
