About The Position

Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking an IT Portfolio and Project Management Co Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration. The Co-Op opportunity at Entegris within the Portfolio & Project Management team is unique and exciting for anyone wishing to become a skilled project manager. The Portfolio and Project Management intern will focus on supporting key areas within our Portfolio and Project Management Office (PMO).

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office tools and PowerBI
• Proficiency in MS Applications
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Confluence
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills and bring new ideas to the table
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business information systems (IS), computer science. project management or related field, graduating in Spring 2027 or later.
• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
• Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program
• Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery

Responsibilities

• Create, review and refine existing PMO processes and documentation to be used in training and project methodology execution
• Enhance our current PPM tools by partnering with PMO staff to assist in requirement documentation and project execution
• Test and implement changes within our core PPM tools
• Aid in the identification of key gaps and pain points in the existing PPM toolkit, in partnership with PMO staff
• Support PPM Projects and initiatives
• Assist Project Managers in resource planning by using the Resource Capacity Planning tools built on the Power Platform, PowerBI and Smartsheet
