About The Position

The IT PMO Manager oversees the organization’s project portfolio, optimizes processes, and delivers measurable business impact. This role partners with executives and stakeholders to align projects with corporate objectives, manages budget and schedule forecasting, establishes project delivery standards and methodologies, and leads transformation and cross-functional process improvement initiatives. The manager also supports project managers through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project, portfolio, or program management.
• 7–10 years of experience in leadership roles managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Expertise in multiple project management methods and tools.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, Agile-oriented environments.

Nice To Haves

• Agile Scrum and/or PMP (PgMP) certification preferred.
