About The Position

The IT PMO Manager oversees the organization’s project portfolio, optimizes project delivery processes, and drives measurable business impact. The role partners with executives and stakeholders to align projects with corporate objectives and influence organizational strategy and outcomes. The manager is accountable for budgeting and schedule forecasting, performance analysis, project governance and delivery standards, and cross-functional transformation initiatives. The position also supports the growth of project managers through coaching, training, and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project, portfolio, or program management.
• 7–10 years in leadership roles managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Expertise in multiple project management methods and tools.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, Agile-oriented environments.

Nice To Haves

• Agile Scrum and/or PMP (PgMP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to influence strategy and outcomes.
• Own budgeting and schedule forecasting, analyze performance, and implement solutions to support timely delivery.
• Define and maintain project delivery standards and methodologies to ensure high-quality, consistent execution.
• Lead transformation initiatives and cross-functional process improvements.
• Mentor and develop project managers through training, best-practice sharing, and professional development.
