About The Position

Vitalant is seeking an IT PC Technician to provide IT support for its Illinois location and support the organization’s life-saving mission. The role supports general incident and request management, troubleshoots issues ranging from simple to complex, and follows asset management protocols. The technician works collaboratively with the team and applies customer service, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

The position is based at 5505 Pearl Street in Rosemont, Illinois, with the option to work from home one day per week. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Salary range: $53,539.20–$69,305.60.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of various PC software packages and operating systems.
• Working knowledge of PC hardware components.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Three years of related experience, including PC repair, troubleshooting, configuration, and reading hardware diagrams.
