Position Summary : Lead IT service management for radiology operations, ensuring reliable performance of integrations between hospitals, imaging centers, and remote reading environments to support patient care. Serve as the primary technical partner for practice directors, clients, and radiologists by building relationships, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing escalations through resolution. Analyze system performance, maintain practice databases, identify recurring issues, and provide data-driven reporting, root cause analysis, and performance insights. Drive continuous improvement through workflow optimization, performance improvement plans, system upgrades, equipment deployments, onboarding activities, and collaboration with IT and innovation teams. Support and train end users on radiology reading stations, represent IT in client meetings and reviews, and travel up to 75% (including occasional overnight trips) to support operational and technical needs.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in IT service management, technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and supporting complex radiology-focused IT environments.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate stakeholder needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with a proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and solve problems independently or collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of diverse IT experience, client-facing consulting/support experience, and a track record of resolving complex technical issues preferred

  • Experience in system integrations, workflow optimization, and relevant technical certifications or advanced training preferred
