The Service Desk provides first-line support for enterprise hardware and software requests and issues, and contributes to end-user technology, automation, and software projects. It works closely with IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity on complex issues. The Technology department follows a cloud-first strategy, with over 95% of its infrastructure residing in Azure and AWS. The department is adopting Microsoft 365 and other enterprise services, expanding self-service and automation through its Service Desk portal and an AI-powered helpdesk bot, automating user provisioning and de-provisioning, and upgrading firewall and wireless infrastructure.
