About The Position

Hollywood Park is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual for an IT Operations Intern position. This paid internship offers undergraduate juniors, seniors, recent graduates, or master’s degree students the opportunity to gain knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry, establish meaningful connections, and explore career opportunities. The intern will provide exceptional support and customer services to Hollywood Park’s end users, learn technical systems and networking tasks, and participate in cybersecurity initiatives. This role offers valuable, real-world experience in technical troubleshooting, event support, and cybersecurity practices.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program as a junior, senior, recently graduated, or master’s degree student
• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or similar area of study
• Must be able to travel to the YouTube Theater and SoFi Stadium offices in Inglewood, CA at least 2-3 times per week

Responsibilities

• Provide tier one triage and support for Hollywood Park employees
• Maintain IT inventory of both hardware and software
• Process new and returned equipment dealing with repairs and imaging
• Learn event and gameday technologies, processes and setup
• Support Incident Response Efforts and Cybersecurity alert mitigation
• Contribute to Cybersecurity Initiatives, review overall posture and discuss ideas with cybersecurity team
