About The Position

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking an IT Operations Intern to join their 2027 Spring Internship class. The intern will support the Global IT Operations team, which manages and optimizes the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services globally. This role offers hands-on experience in IT operations and support, working on technical projects related to global IT infrastructure and service management. The intern will be exposed to technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Zoom/Teams conference rooms.

Requirements

  • Completed at least two years of undergraduate study by the start of the internship in a relevant field.
  • At least one prior professional internship experience or significant leadership experience in extracurricular, campus, volunteer, or community-based organizations.
  • Ability to commit to a schedule consistent with the required time commitment (20, 30, or 40 hours per week during standard business hours).
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
  • Exposure to troubleshooting hardware, software, or networking issues.
  • Experience using technology in academic, volunteer, customer service, or personal projects.
  • Interest in cloud technologies, identity management, and endpoint management solutions.
  • Mature orthodox Christian faith.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, improving user experience and system performance.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of IT service activities.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental, global communication efforts.
  • Participate in departmental and general IJM administrative support.
