About The Position

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking an IT Operations Intern to join the 2027 Spring Internship class. The IT Operations Intern will support the Global IT Operations team, which is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services across multiple regions. The team ensures seamless technology operations, supports mission-driven projects, and drives innovative solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration. The intern will gain hands-on experience in IT operations and support while working on technical projects related to global IT infrastructure and service management. They will be exposed to technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Zoom/Teams conference rooms.

Requirements

  • Completed at least two years of undergraduate study by the start of their internship in a relevant field.
  • At least one prior professional internship experience or significant leadership experience in extracurricular, campus, volunteer, or community-based organizations.
  • Ability to commit to a schedule consistent with the required time commitment (20, 30, or 40 hours per week during standard business hours).
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
  • Exposure to troubleshooting hardware, software, or networking issues.
  • Experience using technology in academic, volunteer, customer service, or personal projects.
  • Interest in cloud technologies, identity management, and endpoint management solutions.
  • Mature orthodox Christian faith.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, improving user experience and system performance.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of IT service activities.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental, global communication efforts.
  • Participate in departmental and general IJM administrative support.
