The IT Operations Associate II position is part of the IT support team ensuring that our process workflows work as expected to meet SLA requirements for our print mail business line which supports major clients in the financial and health business, among others to fulfill their communications requirements with their clients. This position is responsible for level 1 and 2 support, serving as point of contact for issue resolution, both by itself and in coordination with other teams. Following operational procedures, privacy policies and good communication and continuous improvement is a must.
