The IT Operations Administrator supports the daily administration, maintenance, and coordination of key software systems and user access across the organization. This role is responsible for supporting user management, software support, documentation and training materials assistance, ticket coordination, reporting support, and cross-functional follow-up related to system enhancements and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is technically proficient across various software platforms and demonstrates strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and follow-through, with strong communication skills.
