About The Position

Provide IT Help Desk Support to office based and remote employee population relative to any IT functionality. This role involves answering questions or resolving computer problems for employees in person, via telephone, via email, or via remote tool for external employees. The IT Administrator will also be responsible for assembling, installing, repairing, and updating all laptops, desktops, mobile equipment (Apple iPads and iPhones), and peripherals. Additionally, they will monitor network connectivity and systems, proactively resolving problems, installing and configuring client software, and providing training to staff on the use of office technology. Collaboration with other sites on integration and other network issues, as well as monitoring and managing all help desk tickets in a timely and service-oriented manner, are key aspects of this position. All employees are expected to be aware of and trained in Quality requirements, as well as exercise good use of company funds and property, maintain an honest and professional attitude, and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of previous experience with PC hardware and printer troubleshooting
  • Ability to support Windows 7, 10 and 11, Office 365
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory services, group policy and VPN technologies
  • Ability to support Citrix Workspace
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Ability to support Microsoft Office365 applications.
  • Experience with Windows Terminal Server and/or Citrix
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of customer and business needs
  • Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • A+, Network+, MCP
