About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on, multi-site IT Manager to own the technology backbone of our growing car wash portfolio! In this role, you won't just sit at a desk and manage tickets—you'll be the go-to expert for DRB, MICRO, and CRM systems across every brand and every site. You'll lead site openings, respond to outages in real time, manage vendors, and partner with operations leaders to keep our tunnels running and our members happy. This is a great opportunity for an IT professional who knows the car wash technology stack, thrives on multi-site work, and is ready to take ownership of the systems that make our business actually run. TO SUM IT UP Our car washes can't operate without the technology that runs them—and that's where you come in. As our IT Manager, you're not just an administrator; you're the leader who keeps POS terminals running, tunnel controls calibrated, and the CRM connected to every other system we depend on. From late-night outage calls to brand-new site openings, you'll be the person who makes sure the technology never gets in the way of the wash. If you're hands-on, calm under pressure, and energized by getting on a plane to bring a new site live, this role is for you. You'll manage the full technology stack across multiple brands and sites, lead high-priority projects, and build the IT function as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with MICRO POS — configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
  • Administered a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable) including integrations, reporting, and end-user support.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve POS, tunnel control, network, and connectivity issues across multiple sites.
  • Confident problem-solver who stays calm during outages and leads from the front.
  • Skilled with networking fundamentals — VLANs, firewalls, site-level network design, ISP and circuit management.
  • Experience leading site openings, acquisitions, or new-store technology rollouts.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and holding partners accountable to SLAs.
  • Comfortable with PCI compliance, payment processing infrastructure, and IT security across a multi-site footprint.
  • Leadership experience — managing direct reports, contractors, or matrixed teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a valid REAL ID-compliant government ID for commercial air travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree).
  • 5+ years of IT operations or systems administration experience in a multi-site retail, hospitality, car wash, or similar industry.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Required: hands-on production experience with DRB Systems, MICRO POS, and a major CRM platform.
  • Strong networking fundamentals and PCI compliance awareness.
  • Prior experience managing technology vendors and service-level agreements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
