About The Position

Sisters of the Humility of Mary are seeking an experienced and service-oriented IT Manager to oversee the organization's technology infrastructure and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient business operations. This position is responsible for managing the IT Department, supporting end users, leading technology initiatives, and maintaining systems that support the organization's mission.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of related IT experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the organization's networks, servers, telephone systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, wireless connectivity, cybersecurity measures, and business software applications.
• Provide technical support.
• Manage user access and security credentials.
• Oversee software licensing and technology purchases.
• Coordinate technology for meetings and presentations.
• Develop technology budgets.
• Work with vendors and consultants to implement best practices for security, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Supervise IT staff, provide leadership and training, and manage departmental priorities.
• Ensure responsive, high-quality technology services throughout the organization.
