About The Position

The IT Manager leads the strategy and lifecycle management of enterprise IT capabilities supporting core corporate functions. This program‑level role is accountable for defining vision and roadmaps, managing vendors, and delivering performance results. The ideal candidate excels in strategic prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and leading alignment across diverse teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Management, or related discipline
8+ years of experience in IT, digital platforms, or business systems or an equivalent combination
Proven experience leading programs, platforms, or capability roadmaps
Experience managing enterprise vendors and third-party platforms
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting corporate functions such as Risk, HR, Finance, or Compliance
Previous experience as a Program Manager, Product Manager, or senior IT Analyst/Architect

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, and developing employees
Define and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for assigned corporate IT capabilities
Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized initiatives and feature backlogs
Lead cross-functional programs to enhance, modernize, or optimize enterprise platforms
Own vendor relationships, including roadmap alignment, performance management, renewals, and negotiations
Monitor capability performance using KPIs; drive continuous improvement and value realization
Ensure systems and processes meet security, audit, and compliance standards
Serve as the primary IT point of accountability for assigned capabilities
