The Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) is seeking a Director of IT Enterprise Applications to lead the planning, development, and management of the agency’s technology. This role ensures that IT systems and enterprise applications align with MOCJ’s mission to implement data-driven strategies supporting crime reduction, public safety, and neighborhood strengthening initiatives across New York City. The Director will be a hands-on leader responsible for managing the implementation, integration, and ongoing support of the agency’s enterprise technology portfolio, including custom-developed and COTS applications. This role requires proficiency in platforms such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, MS SQL Server, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics, as well as working knowledge of scripting languages used to support and maintain custom applications and automated workflows across MOCJ. The role will also support the development and maintenance of applications across Power BI, SharePoint, O365, and Visual Studio, providing data management, dashboarding, and reporting capabilities that enhance operational visibility and decision-making. The Director will function as a technical lead and business partner, supporting cross-functional teams by translating operational requirements into scalable application and workflow solutions.
