The IT Manager, Enterprise Corporate Systems is responsible for the day-to-day delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of technology solutions supporting core corporate functions, including Human Resources, Risk Management, Facilities, Corporate Communications, Consumer Relations, and related business areas across Northeast Shared Services. This role serves as the primary day-to-day IT contact for business stakeholders, building strong working relationships to ensure alignment between business needs and technology delivery. The position requires a hands-on leader who can operate at both a functional and technical level while actively contributing to solution design, troubleshooting, and system optimization. The IT Manager leads a portfolio of enterprise corporate systems supporting multiple operating companies, including Price Chopper/Market 32 and Tops Markets. This role oversees a blended delivery model consisting of internal team members, near-shore and off-shore resources, and third-party partners. This role is responsible for engaging with stakeholders, executing against established technology priorities, ensuring reliable system performance, and delivering enhancements and projects aligned to business needs. The position also contributes to the development of application roadmaps and continuous improvement efforts across supported systems. Success in this role requires strong operational leadership, hands-on technical engagement, and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders to prioritize effectively and deliver measurable outcomes.
