About The Position

Nadia Care is dedicated to improving maternal and birth outcomes, particularly for underserved communities. Our mission is to reimagine maternity care delivery by providing meaningful and compassionate support to expectant mothers and their families. We focus on building trust-based engagement and offering wrap-around support, both virtually and in-person, to address social determinants of health such as care navigation, doula support, lactation, nutrition, housing, and transportation. Technology is leveraged to enhance virtual engagement and meet mothers where they are. Nadia Care complements, rather than replaces, primary obstetric care by addressing health-related social needs not typically covered by doctors' offices. Our core values are Empathy, Collaboration, and Resilience, emphasizing centering the experiences of those we serve and supporting one another.
