IT Manager - Data & Analytics
About The Position
In this role you will design and build scalable data pipelines that transform complex data into powerful insights using modern technologies. You will integrate diverse data sources with precision to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trusted data across the entire lifecycle. Further, deliver impactful dashboards and reporting solutions that empower business teams to make confident decisions. You will optimize data processes for performance and scalability while proactively driving efficiency and innovation. Moreover, you will champion data quality and governance standards to ensure reliability, compliance, and transparency. In addition, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust data solutions and continuously enhance the data platform.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field
- Several years of experience in data engineering or data architecture
- Strong expertise in Apache Spark and modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric for large scale data processing
- Highly skilled in structured query language, Python or Scala
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing data pipelines
- Proven experience working with cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and data modeling
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and a clear understanding of data governance and data quality practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams
- Clear communication skills
- Experience contributing to reporting, data integration, and continuous improvement initiatives
