About The Position
Transforms IT data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Analyzes system and business data to identify trends, develops dashboards and reports that inform stakeholders, and collaborates with IT teams to improve data quality and technology solutions. Monitors system performance, recommends optimization strategies, supports project initiatives, and ensures compliance with data governance and security standards to enhance organizational efficiency and business performance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Experience supporting project management, data governance, and compliance initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in data validation, data quality assurance, and technology evaluation.
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field preferred.
