About The Position

The Data Analyst will perform data collection, preparation, and analysis to support business decision-making and operational reporting. This role will produce dashboards, reports, and statistical insights that evaluate trends, identify drivers, and improve understanding of business performance. The Data Analyst will apply established analytical methods, collaborate with partners to clarify requirements, and support the improvement and automation of recurring reporting and analytics processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 2 to 4 years of related analytics experience.
  • Proficient SQL and data querying skills, with the ability to work with moderately complex datasets.
  • Strong Excel or similar tool skills.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and communicate findings to stakeholders with some guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Build dashboards, performance reports, and standardized visualizations.
  • Apply statistical methods to analyze performance trends and business outcomes.
  • Execute recurring analytics processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and maintain procedural documentation.
  • Translate business requirements into clear analytical outputs.
  • Support automation and workflow optimization for reporting and analysis.
  • Contribute to cross-functional analytical initiatives with increasing independence.
