  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales or account growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of business clients.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Identify opportunities for managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and professional services growth.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
