About The Position

FreedomRoads, LLC is seeking an IT Lead Analyst HCM – Workday Talent Management and Learning. This role is responsible for leading the design and implementation of Workday Talent Management and Workday Learning Management systems. The position plays a critical role in overseeing the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of these systems. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to understand talent management and learning requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The role involves designing and architecting solutions using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other reporting tools, while adhering to best practices and industry standards. Additionally, the analyst will identify opportunities for system enhancements, oversee the deployment of system upgrades, and propose innovative solutions to optimize the performance management process, drive automation, and improve user experience. The position also includes leading the configuration of Workday security segments, user-based security groups, and role-based security. The analyst will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Workday learning application, providing technical support and recommendations for improvements, and troubleshooting LMS-related issues. Developing and maintaining documentation, including system configuration, design documents, process workflows, testing plans, and implementation guides, is also a key responsibility. The role requires monitoring Workday Talent and Learning applications performance, providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Staying current with Workday updates in Talent and LMS and industry trends is essential to provide innovative solutions and enhancements to existing applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Sciences, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. Will accept a combination of degrees/education/diplomas determined by a qualified and professional evaluation service to be the equivalent of the required bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience as an IT Lead Analyst HCM - Workday Talent Management and Learning or in a related role/capacity engaged in design, development, and deployment of Workday functionality.
  • 5 years of experience in Workday HCM design and configurations including performance management, learning management, reporting, and security.
  • 3 years of experience utilizing HR processes, data structures, and best practices in HRIS integrations and reporting.
  • 3 years of experience utilizing problem-solving skills to diagnose and propose effective solutions for Workday integrations related to performance management and learning.
  • 3 years of experience in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience utilizing project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
