About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking qualified professionals for four Key Personnel positions supporting the DLA JETS 2.0 – DMLSS Data Synchronization project under Draft RFQ SP4709-27-Q-2001. These are temporary contract assignments, with on-site work required; the exact work location, duration, schedule, pay rate, and submission deadline are to be confirmed after release of the final solicitation. During the pre-solicitation phase, sourcing is focused on professionals who currently support or have directly supported this engagement through Amyx Inc. or Rainbow Data Systems, Inc. Employment with either company alone does not establish incumbent status; direct project involvement must be verified.

The open roles are Cybersecurity Engineer; Quality Assurance Manager – Senior; Supply Chain Systems Process Integration Specialist – Senior; and Task Order Project Manager. Responsibilities and qualifications vary by role. Candidates must provide an updated resume, applicable current certifications, clearance status and security-eligibility confirmation, confirmation of on-site availability, and confirmation of availability to begin upon task order award. A signed Letter of Commitment will be required for proposed Key Personnel as specified in the draft PWS. The opportunity is based on a draft PWS, and final requirements may change.

Requirements

• Cybersecurity Engineer: Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience; active DoD Secret clearance; must meet IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive / Tier 3 (T3) security requirements at proposal submission.
• Quality Assurance Manager – Senior: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; experience in IT quality assurance and quality control; experience with verification and validation, software testing, integration, and software metrics; must meet IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive / Tier 3 (T3) security requirements at proposal submission.
• Supply Chain Systems Process Integration Specialist – Senior: Minimum 8 years of relevant JDA and SAP experience within a DoD agency; experience with system integration, configuration management, and software testing; must meet IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive / Tier 3 (T3) security requirements at proposal submission.
• Task Order Project Manager: Minimum 5 years of project management or related IT/consulting experience with increasing responsibility; minimum 5 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility; bachelor's degree or an additional 4 years of related experience; must meet IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive / Tier 3 (T3) security requirements at proposal submission.
• Candidates must confirm on-site availability and availability to begin work upon task order award, and provide an updated resume and current clearance status and applicable security-eligibility confirmation.
• Direct involvement in the DMLSS Data Synchronization engagement must be verified for candidates sourced through Amyx Inc. or Rainbow Data Systems, Inc.
• A signed Letter of Commitment is required for proposed Key Personnel as specified in the draft PWS.

• Cybersecurity Engineer: Applicable cybersecurity certification requirements will be verified against the final solicitation and relevant DoD work role.
• Supply Chain Systems Process Integration Specialist – Senior: Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Task Order Project Manager: PMP or equivalent nationally recognized project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Engineer: Support cybersecurity requirements and information security analysis; provide security engineering support for system planning, design, development, testing, and integration.
• Quality Assurance Manager – Senior: Develop and maintain software quality assurance processes and plans; conduct formal and informal quality reviews throughout the software lifecycle; support verification and validation, software testing, integration, and quality assessment.
• Supply Chain Systems Process Integration Specialist – Senior: Support complex systems analysis, integration, configuration management, and implementation; present system designs for stakeholder approval; interpret software test results, recommend corrective solutions, and support system lifecycle maintenance; provide technical guidance and lead other team members.
• Task Order Project Manager: Manage task order execution, schedules, resources, and deliverables; coordinate with project leadership and government stakeholders; monitor contract performance, budgets, quality, and reporting requirements.
