About The Position

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full Time Temporary IT Intern for their Corporate location in Mount Laurel, NJ. The IT Intern is expected to make a positive impact and maintain a professional image for the company. This role involves assisting the Information Technology department with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum High School or equivalent required
• PC proficient
• Experience with Excel, Word, Access
• Good communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Problem solving skills
• Project management skills
• Excellent customer service practices
• Related experience in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
• Must report to the corporate office in Mount Laurel daily
• Work 40 hours weekly

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience or exposure to IT is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate actions at the direction of the manager.
• Assist with desktop/laptop configuration and deployments.
• Work on shipping/receiving of equipment.
• Handle requests/issues for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.
• Redirecting problems to a correct source.
• Ensuring all members and staff workstations are properly equipped.
• Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines.
