Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Dependable
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Participate in a variety of IT tasks with varying degrees of difficulty.
• Maintain and troubleshoot restaurant POS systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot back-office computers, applications, and network connectivity at corporate-owned restaurant locations.
• Install, configure, document, maintain, test, and evaluate operations and communications equipment.
• Solve problems for users through verbal and/or written communication.
• Administer the corporate and restaurant telephone systems.
• Ensure all systems maintain compliance with standards.
• Monitor and proactively maintain systems to minimize downtime.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned by IT.
