About The Position

Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting networked software and operating systems. The role provides end-user support and troubleshooting for applications and software, serving as a technical support contact within IT Operations.

Requirements

• Field Technician experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Cisco and networking experience.
• Basic experience in a Microsoft Windows/Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience with asset management and ITSM platforms.
• Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel.
• Detail-oriented and customer-service-oriented.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours as needed.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Windows 10 experience.
• English fluency.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel via airline.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Citrix/iGEL experience.
• Two years of IT Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact within IT Operations to provide technical support to end-users.
• Help users with day-to-day IT-related issues.
• Repair and troubleshoot computers.
• Troubleshoot software and network issues.
• Troubleshoot basic Active Directory and Windows Domain issues.
• Perform proactive maintenance on PCs and printers.
• Configure and install PCs, printers, and scanners.
• Perform first-level problem determination and resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding issues and update users on their status.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Consistently meet or exceed requirements and performance criteria.
