About The Position

ioSENTRIX is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to lead day-to-day technology operations and operate and maintain the organization’s existing identity, device, and data-protection environment. The role supports staff across all sites and is focused on management and routine operations rather than building or redesigning systems. The IT Specialist applies approved changes, performs business-as-usual administration, and escalates architecture changes, new integrations, policy redesign, migrations, incident response, and sophisticated threats to ioSENTRIX and the Executive Director. The position administers identity and access across Microsoft Entra ID, single sign-on, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other integrated applications; manages user provisioning and offboarding; maintains Conditional Access and MFA operations; and enforces established Zero Trust practices. It also manages Windows and iOS devices through Intune and Apple Business Manager, monitors data-loss-prevention alerts relating to HIPAA-regulated data, and maintains legacy systems, backups, network infrastructure, technology inventory, and IT policies. As lead of the IT department, the IT Specialist provides technical support to staff, manages IT tickets and equipment, maintains systems and databases, coordinates with vendors, and provides cybersecurity and technology guidance. The role is on-site in Largo, Maryland.
