Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology OR A combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to satisfactorily perform the essential job functions may be substituted

Responsibilities

Monitors and administers infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, and cloud environments, to ensure performance, availability, and reliability
Performs advanced maintenance, patching, upgrades, and system administration across infrastructure platforms
Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex to complex infrastructure issues, serving as an escalation point and conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
Implements and maintains server, network, storage, virtualization, and cloud-based solutions in alignment with established standards
Plays a key role in executing infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations
Develops and maintains infrastructure documentation, procedures, and configuration standards to support consistency and efficiency
Supports security, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes to protect systems and data
Identifies and implements improvements to enhance system performance and operational efficiency, including automation opportunities
Collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and technical partners to complete infrastructure work and resolve issues while providing guidance to less experienced team members
Participates in a rotating on-call schedule to provide after-hours support for critical infrastructure, responding to alerts, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolution as needed
