About The Position

The IT Helpdesk Desktop Support Coordinator is responsible for configuring laptops and assisting the service desk with remediations and laptop upgrades. This position will work on laptops, create technical documents and help build automated email workflows.

Requirements

  • Computer Skills are a must.
  • Basic knowledge of the Windows OS.
  • The ability to load a Windows Operating System.
  • Knowledge of Computer hardware parts and peripherals.
  • Good communication skills.
  • The ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

  • Unboxing and boxing hardware and peripherals.
  • Loading the Windows 11 OS from the ghost image files.
  • Working with the Servicedesk to document daily processes.
  • Work with Jennasa Smith to create automated email workflows using Power BI.
