Requirements

  • Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Successfully complete an FBI fingerprint/background investigation.
  • Complete required CBO cybersecurity training before beginning work.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience supporting enterprise desktop environments and advanced Tier II/Journeyman Help Desk operations.
  • Enterprise Desktop Support including Windows desktop administration, macOS administration, Enterprise desktop and laptop support, Hardware deployment and lifecycle management, Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Endpoint Management experience administering enterprise endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Ivanti, KACE, or comparable platforms, including experience with Computer imaging, Device provisioning, Software deployment, Patch management, Configuration management, Endpoint compliance.
  • Identity & Access Management experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), User provisioning, Group Policy, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on administration of Operating Systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
  • System Administration experience with Advanced troubleshooting, Windows Event Viewer, macOS Console logs, Endpoint performance analysis, Root cause analysis, Workstation imaging and deployment, Hardware refreshes and data migrations.
  • Cloud Experience supporting AWS environments, Hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructures.
  • Security experience with Zero Trust security principles, Endpoint security, Secure configuration management, Identity management, Vulnerability remediation, Incident response coordination.
  • Service Desk Leadership experience including Mentoring junior Help Desk personnel, Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Creating technical documentation and knowledge base articles, Coordinating with Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams, Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Occasional support at facilities in Manassas, VA and Ashburn, VA.
