We’re hiring driven students looking to be challenged to push the limits on a daily basis while having fun along the way!

Requirements

  • Must be working towards an Information Technology (IT), Networking Administration, or Network Engineering degree at an accredited technical 2-year or 4-year college/university.
  • Basic understanding of networking and Windows operating systems.
  • Willing to work year-round (typically 20+ hours per week during school year, then full-time during breaks and summer when possible.)

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer second-year technical college or junior/senior status; all school years are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical and current help desk tickets to identify common issues, repetitive tasks, and opportunities where AI can provide value.
  • Use AI to help categorize and prioritize incoming tickets.
  • Suggest troubleshooting steps and potential solutions based on the ticket description.
  • Search existing IT documentation and knowledge-base content to help technicians resolve issues faster.
  • Draft responses to users for review before they are sent.
  • Identify recurring problems and trends across help desk tickets.
  • Create and improve knowledge-base articles from successfully resolved issues.
  • Evaluate opportunities to automate routine Tier 1 support activities.
  • Assist with Tier 1 support tickets, workstation setup and deployment, user onboarding/offboarding, hardware and software troubleshooting, equipment inventory, and IT documentation.
