Position Summary We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our Information Technology department. This is an entry-level role with broad exposure across our IT operation, ideal for someone with prior help desk or internship experience who is ready to grow their career. You will be the first point of contact for end user support across our dealership locations, handling everything from password resets and laptop setups to Wi-Fi troubleshooting and conference room AV. Please note: this is a hands-on, physical role—regularly moving printers and other hardware is a routine part of the job.
