Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Analyst who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will be reporting directly to the IT Support Manager at our Farmington Hills location. The ideal candidate: Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person interactions. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly and professionally. Perform new user setup, password resets, profile updates, access changes, and account provisioning. Install, configure, test, and maintain software applications and workstation equipment. Support deployment of patches, updates, installations, and workstation lifecycle management. Support the implementation of cybersecurity, audit, and regulatory controls. Maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
