The IT Help Desk Summer Intern provides first-level technical support to end users across the organization. This role assists with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while gaining hands-on experience in a professional IT environment. The intern will support daily help desk operations, contribute to system maintenance, and help ensure timely resolution of technical issues. The Intern will receive hands-on experience with real-world IT support operations and develop technical troubleshooting and customer service skills. This position will be based in an office located in Baton Rouge, LA. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
