About The Position

Caine & Weiner is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to be the go‑to problem solver in our fast‑paced call center environment. You’ll provide tiers 1 and 2 support, ensuring employees onsite and remote have the tools they need to succeed. From setting up workstations to troubleshooting complex issues, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is based in the Dallas Metroplex and able to travel between our Farmers Branch and Denison locations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT Help Desk experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
  • Active Directory / Azure experience
  • PC hardware repair and basic networking (DHCP/DNS/VPN)
  • Microsoft Office 365 expertise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • CompTIA A+ / Network+ certification or relevant education

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 1 & 2 help desk support for onsite and remote employees
  • Set up computer workstations and assist with onboarding
  • Track IT assets, manage shipping/receiving
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Collaborate with higher-level technicians when escalation is needed
