About The Position

Our IT HelpDesk Technicians eagerly assist employees with basic computer maintenance issues and problems, perform a variety of standard maintenance activities software installations and support items to ensure employee technology meets company standards and requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree, or pursuing Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and prioritize calls and e-mails from users.
  • Assign task appropriate trouble tickets and ensures that all problems are tracked, measured, resolved and verified.
  • Provide first-line support by answering technical questions and providing solutions to problems.
  • Complete hardware and software installation.
  • Maintains, upgrades and repairs credit union PC’s and peripheral equipment for all systems.
  • Provide consistent member follow-up.
  • Comply with all regulations as required by law.
