The IT Field Technician will be responsible for the daily operations of field service, including service calls, Preventive Maintenance Visits, and Install Projects related to work done in Flynn Group's restaurants. This role involves traveling to perform servicing, repairing, and maintaining all equipment in the restaurants, testing computers, peripherals, hardware, and software to ensure 100% functionality, and acting as a technical resource to assist users with resolving computer issues. The technician must be able to work with or without supervision in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellence in repair and cleanliness. This position also requires being on call for critical system issues during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
