Requirements

1+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role
Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server environments
Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPNs, switches, routers)
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites

Nice To Haves

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certification
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Familiarity with remote support tools and PSA/RMM platforms
PowerShell scripting experience

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Windows desktops, laptops, and servers (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025)
Perform routine maintenance including updates, patching, and system health checks
Troubleshoot network connectivity, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 issues
Respond to support tickets and provide timely resolution to end-user issues
Install, configure, and deploy hardware, software, and peripherals
Document all service activity, solutions, and client interactions in the ticketing and documentation systems
Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users and devices
Support cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection and patch management
