About The Position

We are hiring an IT Desktop & Mobile Support Specialist to join our Cokato IT team! DISCOVER We’re looking for an IT Desktop & Mobile Support Specialist who thrives on helping people, solving problems, and keeping technology running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be a front‑line ambassador for our IT team and will ensure employees across the company have reliable, user‑friendly access to the tools they need to work safely and effectively. You will support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, business systems, and basic ERP functions. Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and analysis for desktop computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, telecommunications tools, and core software applications. Ensure issues are resolved quickly or escalated appropriately. Are you energized by helping others? Deliver exceptional customer service with clear, friendly, and proactive communication. Work with employees across departments and levels, including executives and manufacturing teams, helping them navigate IT challenges with confidence. Can you bring clarity to the complex? Serve as remote hands for the Network and Systems teams by supporting basic maintenance, diagnostics, and issue resolution. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of IT support experience preferred. College coursework or internship experience in IT support also qualifies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and general desktop support
  • Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions‑focused — even under pressure
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work independently
  • A positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and support a wide range of users

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Active Directory is a plus
  • Familiarity with Apple OS/iOS is helpful
