About The Position

We are hiring an IT Desktop & Mobile Support Specialist to join our Cokato IT team! In this role, you’ll be a front‑line ambassador for our IT team and will ensure employees across the company have reliable, user‑friendly access to the tools they need to work safely and effectively. You will support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, business systems, and basic ERP functions. Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and analysis for desktop computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, telecommunications tools, and core software applications. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of IT support experience preferred. College coursework or internship experience in IT support also qualifies
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and general desktop support
Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions‑focused — even under pressure
Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work independently
A positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and support a wide range of users

Nice To Haves

Experience with Active Directory is a plus
Familiarity with Apple OS/iOS is helpful

Responsibilities
