The IT Delivery Lead partners with Product Portfolio Managers, Product Managers, Portfolio Business Analysts, Project Managers, and delivery teams to provide portfolio-level delivery visibility, reporting, governance support, risk management, and operational oversight. The role stewards portfolio delivery data, health reporting, initiative tracking, and delivery analytics, enabling informed portfolio decisions through actionable insights, accurate dashboards, risk and dependency identification, and consistent work management practices. The role may also coordinate low-to-medium complexity initiatives that do not require dedicated project management resources. It is focused on portfolio operations and analytics, delivery health and risk visibility, governance support, and lightweight initiative coordination—not team-level Agile coaching or Scrum Master duties. The Delivery Lead maintains portfolio data quality and reporting integrity, monitors Jira work hierarchy and related data issues, develops recurring portfolio health reports and dashboards, and translates findings into insights and recommended follow-up actions. The role identifies and monitors risks, blockers, and dependencies; supports issue resolution and escalations; and maintains visibility into cross-team and cross-portfolio dependencies. The role supports Lean Delivery Governance, intake, prioritization, planning, checkpoints, and portfolio reviews with delivery health information, reporting, and follow-up tracking. It also leads dependency review forums and coordinates assigned initiatives through planning, stakeholder communications, risk and issue management, readiness checkpoints, and impacted-team alignment. Success is measured by timely and trusted portfolio reporting, improved data quality, effective risk and dependency management, strong governance support, and effective execution of assigned initiatives.
