IT Delivery Lead I
About The Position
The Delivery Lead I supports end-to-end delivery execution, partnering with product, business, and technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of initiatives. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages scope, risks, and dependencies, and ensures alignment with enterprise delivery standards and governance. The Delivery Lead leads planning and execution activities, facilitates delivery ceremonies, and drives accountability across internal and vendor teams. The role provides visibility into delivery health, proactively identifies risks and issues, and implements mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience leading delivery within large enterprise IT environments.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, including executive-level status reporting and escalation management.
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Ability to assemble project plans, direct and monitor work efforts, ensure business value is delivered, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Ability to monitor and manage project RAID logs.
- Ability to determine staffing requirements and form project teams.
- Experience leveraging project management methodologies and various software development lifecycle frameworks.
- Ability to track and report project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Five years of IT Delivery Lead experience.
- At least two years of leadership experience and project management.
