This is a hybrid role located in New York, requiring the intern to live in the NY tri-state area and come into the office two days a week (Tuesday plus a Wednesday or Thursday), subject to change. The program will run from September 21st to December 11th, with an expected commitment of 20-25 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Strong data curiosity with a desire to investigate and solve complex data problems.
  • Proficiency with Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering, and text formulas).
  • High level of organization and detail orientation, with the ability to structure messy data into logical categories.
  • Exposure to or eagerness to learn enterprise Salesforce architecture and AI-assisted data tools.
  • Must live in the NY tri-state area.
  • Must be able to go into the NY office 2 days a week (Tuesday plus a Wednesday or Thursday).

Responsibilities

  • Review initial data analysis readouts to identify specific, manageable categories of corrupted, duplicate, or incomplete Salesforce data.
  • Interview business stakeholders and data owners across departments to understand data origins and operational context.
  • Assist in translating high-level data analysis readouts into actionable remediation project plans.
  • Help develop a prioritization matrix to determine which data buckets require immediate cleanup versus long-term monitoring based on business impact.
  • Utilize Excel and Salesforce data tools to clean, standardize, and validate prioritized data sets.
  • Experiment with approved AI tools and advanced Excel techniques for data manipulation, audit trails, and quality tracking.
  • Maintain an audit log and status dashboard of cleanup progress to present to PMO leadership.

Benefits

  • Base pay for undergraduate students: $20 per hour
  • Base pay for graduated students: $25 per hour
